Privacy Statement
1. Local, cloud, and hybrid modes
MasiDyn supports local, cloud, and hybrid deployments. Local data stays on the device unless an enabled feature and its accepted account policy authorize a specific transfer. We do not sell conversational data or workspace intelligence.
2. Connected services
When you authorize a third-party service, MasiDyn processes the credentials and content needed to perform the covered operation. Credentials must be held in an approved local credential store or encrypted hosted secret manager and are never part of public operational metadata.
3. Safety processing
An enabled human-handoff feature may process automated safety signals, a limited recent-context buffer, the accepted account-policy version, and professional-service status. Precise location may be processed locally to estimate connectivity and is not shared with a receiver unless the recorded policy scope permits it. Temporary offline handoff context is encrypted and retained for a bounded period.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or provider credentials. Data is shared only to operate features covered by account authorization, such as executing a requested provider action or routing limited context for an enabled professional handoff. Provider terms and availability also apply.
5. Aggregate reporting
Public Active Handoff reporting is limited to thresholded quarterly aggregate cells. It excludes conversation text, phrases, account and session identifiers, contact details, exact event timestamps, device and IP identifiers, and precise location. The minimum schema threshold reduces risk but does not replace a publisher’s privacy and linkage-risk review.
6. Retention and control
Retention varies by deployment and enabled feature. Offline handoff records expire; receiver context is encrypted and expires; account holders may revoke third-party connections through the relevant provider. Legal or institutional retention requirements may apply to a professional receiver independently.
